You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address; Dessert Day Haircare is in no way responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address (which was given before dispatch). In cases where Dessert Day Haircare needs additional information regarding a delivery address, Dessert Day Haircare may ask you to provide additional information. Delay in delivery may occur if additional information regarding the delivery address is required.

Dessert Day Haircare will do everything possible to deliver the order within the delivery time to the delivery address. If delivery is delayed, or if the order cannot be fulfilled (or can only be partially fulfilled), you will be notified as soon as possible after placing the order.

Returns:

Dessert Day Haircare will gladly accept product returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

Sale items & Hair accessories are “All Sales Final”. Those items will be marked as such on their product page.

The costs of returning an order is the responsibility of the buyer, who must prepare and ship the package, except in the case of defective products. In this case, Dessert Day Haircare will proceed with an exchange without having to return the product (after reception of the photos showing the defect of the product). Dessert Day Haircare strongly recommends that any buyer wishing to return an order to choose a secure shipping method. Returns are made at the buyer's own risk.

Upon receipt of the returned order, Dessert Day Haircare will contact the customer or, in the case of a refund request, make the necessary refund.
